The Service displays third-party review counts and ratings where available, but those are not endorsements by Age At Home Directory. We cannot and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing.

Editorial summaries ("Our Take") on contractor profiles are AI-generated based on publicly available information and demographic context. They are intended as general orientation only and should not be treated as professional advice, endorsements, or guarantees. Contractors are not paid to receive an Our Take.

If you operate a business listed on the Service and wish to claim, update, or request removal of your listing, contact us at the email below. We will make reasonable efforts to honor verified requests but make no warranty as to response time or outcome.

When you submit information through forms on the Service (contact form, business inquiries, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that information for the purpose of responding to your request and operating the Service. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information.

All site design, layout, original copy, and AI-generated editorial content are owned by Age At Home Directory or its licensors. You may not scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Service without written permission. Contractor business names, addresses, and contact details are factual data, not proprietary content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Service operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
